Mutiara Goodyear launches Nadayu in Melawati Exclusive bungalows in an enclave overwhelmed by green sanctuary

Kuala Lumpur, 1st May 2010 – Main market listed property developer, Mutiara Goodyear Development Berhad (”Mutiara”) has launched its latest edition of exclusive bungalows in Melawati, Kuala Lumpur.
Developed by Twin Ridge Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mutiara, the project takes up approximately 80 acres tract within Melawati. Nadayu consists of 142 bungalows and super link developments with a total gross development (GDV) of RM1 billion. Nadayu Phase I comprises 21 units of luxurious bungalows with four unique designs namely, Awan, Bayu, Cahaya and Daun, with a built-up ranging from 6,477 sq ft to 8,301 sq ft.
Nadayu exclusive bungalows are priced between RM5.95 million to RM6.68 million. The development is due for completion in July 2012. Each bungalow will also house a private garden and a pool.
